Dear Colleague,

I am writing to announce Pace University's "Global Telecommunications 
Strategies Conference and Exhibition" to be held at the Rye Town Hilton in 
Rye Brook, New York on October 13-15, 1993, translatng international 
business needs into cost effective telecommunications solutions.

This conference provides a world class forum for users interested in 
various practical approaches and solutions to the development of 
international telecommunications networks.  The conference will 
highlight the critical components of international telecommunications in 
three areas:  Technology Futures, Management and Implementation, and 
Policy and Regulations.
