For those of you interested in the public use of cryptography,
there is an important white paper just inserted into the ISOC
Gopher Server by Mr. Stephen Walker, President of Trusted
Information Systems, concerning the implications of a licensing
arrangement between the US National Institute of Standards and
Technology and Public Key Partners.
