  In response to Torin Dewey's request for information about the AAAS
Congressional Fellowships:  There are four of them that I know of:
AAAS Congressional Science and Engineering Fellows Program; AAAS
Science, Engineering and Diplomacy Fellows Program; AAAS-EPA
Environmental Science and Engineering Program; AAAS-Sloan Executive
Branch Science and Engineering Program.
  Applications are due the beginning of January so you have time to get
information and make application, all of which are available from the
