    DALLAS, Oct 13 (Reuter) - A German magazine report that American Telephone
and Telegraph Co <T.N> wanted to buy a 60 percent stake of Electronic Data
Systems Corp (EDS) is "absolute rumor," said EDS chairman and chief executive
Les Alberthal.
    When asked about the magazine report, Alberthal told Reuters that there
was "no fact to it whatsoever."
    The German computer weekly Zeitung said in an article quoted "market
observers" and "financial experts" that General Motors Corp <GM.N> was ready
to sell 60 percent of its stake in EDS to ATT.
