"      And the Vice President is right:  We must work with the
private sector to connect every classroom, every clinic, every
library, and every hospital in America to a national information
superhighway by the year 2000.  Instant access to information
will increase productivity, help educate our children, and
provide better medical care and create jobs, I call on Congress
this year to pass legislation to establish the information
superhighway."
