Timothy P. Mullaney, Sr., an instructor at Polytech High School in
Dover, Deleware, served on the Dover Police Department from 1972-1992,
as an officer and lietenant.  He had previously served four years in
the U.S. Air Force.  He also spent time in the Air Force Reserves,
including service in Operation Desert Storm.  Mullaney has also served
since 1988 as President of the Deleware Fraternal Order of Police, and
since 1989 on the National FOP Legislative Committee.  A graduate of
Deleware State College, he is 44 years old
