Your stock options and stock purchse plans are threatened because of 7
bureaucrats. These 7 FASB (Financial Accounting Standards Board) bureaucrats
plan to enact a proposal that will eliminate broad based stock options. Your
security and the Valley's security is threatened.


Protest this action by attending the rally.
Over 60 Silicon Valley companies are currently committed.
