Thanks for your interest in our book.  You may send a check for $49.00 ($45.00
for the book plus $4.00 for
UPS ground charges) to the National Academy Press, Lockbox 285, 2101
Consititition Avenue, N.W.,
Washington, D.C.  20055.   If a credit card is an option and you want to
expedite the order, you might want
to call our customer service dept at (800) 624-6242 and phone in your order.
The price is the same, but it
ships that much sooner because you don't have to wait for your check to wend
its way to us through the mail.
If you do mail a check, you should anticipate a two-week wait from the time
that you mail it to the time that you
would receive the book; if you phone it, the order will ship the business day
following your call and take anywhere
from 5-10 days to reach you by UPS, depending upon where you are located in
relationship to our Maryland
warehouse.
