NACSIS announced increasing their bandwidth to the USA

NACSIS announced that the link between NACSIS/SINET and the USA
(currently NASA Ames Research Center) will be increased from
512kbps to 2Mbps, and the USA end will be moved from NASA Ames to
US Sprint POI in Stockton, California. The upgrade will be done in
next week (the week of July 10).
