PM office welcomes opinions from foreigners, too

The other day I sent an e-mail to Mr. Matsui at the Prime Minister's Office
and got the following response today.


It says that, yes, PM's office does welcome opinions from foreign people
and this point has been confirmed by Councilors' Office for Domestic Policy
which is in charge of processing e-mails received at naisei@kantei.go.jp.
