ISDN IS EVERYWHERE IN CALIFORNIA
The Los Angeles Times reports that integrated services digital network
service is now available to residential customers for $22.95 a month in
California. Sixty percent of Pacific Bell's and 77% of GTE's lines are
[B]ISDN-capable, or will be by the end of the year. (Telecommunications
