FUEL FOR THE INFO-HIGHWAY
An electric utility executive points out that all this talk about the
information superhighway means that "electricity will be the gasoline of
the future." As deregulation moves us toward a market in which electricity
is available from a variety of sources, the reliability of any given source
will translate to its "octane level." Savvy computer users will migrate to
the utility provider with the fewest fluctuations and best service track
