MORE LIBEL ON THE NET
A British physicist is suing a fellow physicist for posting negative
messages about him to Usenet groups. The case is notable because England
has particularly harsh libel laws, and because the plaintiff is also going
after the Canadian universities that run the newsgroups in question.
