Just for the record, let me point out that the MCI IP
service, called internetMCI, does not piggyback off the
vBNS, as Meeks suggests below.


The MCI IP net (which is up and operational today) will not
even be connected to the vBNS except via the NAP's.  (Note-
the vBNS is still in the process of being built; it's a
totally separate project.)
