ATP program on digital video

The Commerce Department's Advanced Technology Program is launching a
$120 million program (1995-2000) in "digital video in information
networks."


Regional workshops are being held in Princeton and Silicon Valley in
mid-February.  This is a good opportunity to provide technical input
into the direction of the program.
