Preview peek at the Eniac museum

The eniac museum is at http://www.seas.upenn.edu/~museum.  The quick
start programming manual for the simulator is part of the exhibit.
The simulation is accurate enough that it can be single stepped either
per addition, or per micro-cycle (there are 20 per add cycle), just
like the original machine.
