and its 10 months and I am still waiting for my promised rural ISDN service
from Nynex. MCI sounds pretty good to me if they really can deliver in 3
weeks. Whatever happened to the old Bell System line, "tomorrow is
Saturday, so your new phone may not be installed until Monday, but we'll
try. Will you be home Saturday?...." those days are long gone.
