FYI, the markup on H.R. 2441, re-scheduled for tomorrow has been
"cancelled," according to a subcommittee staffer, who said that it
may not "happen" during this session.


The bill may have died a deserving death.  But, then again, with this 
Congress, it doesn't ever pay to relax one's guard.
