IP: and off I go (again)

I will be attending the Global Information Summit in Tokyo the  week after
next as a speaker. The theme will be :


Cyber Warfare and Global Collaboration --  The imperative for government
and corporate change

I will be trying a new IP reporting using a Sharp Mobilon CE2 system with
its camera accessory. Not  only will I be reporting on the conference but I
will tell and show things I find interestiing at the Akihanara.
