IP: A favor re Windows CE and NT

I cannot seem to get NT to support Microsofts Windows CE Service Mobile
Devices program . When I installed it it said if you have Service level 3
and the HPC will not connect you may have to reinstall SP 3. Well it did
fail and I reinstalled it and it still cannot connect. 


Any one know how to make this mess work.


I have no comment re a company that releases products that say things like
that to a user.
