Subject: IP: Privacy, Net, Starr report...
Date: Thu, 17 Sep 1998 17:46:05 -0700 Subject: Privacy, Net, Starr report... From: "Chris Gulker" <cg@gulker.com> To: farber@cis.upenn.edu Dave- My next column in The Independent (London) will be about privacy, and the pandora's box that seems to be daily opening wider. My theme: if the American President isn't immune to having very personal data "outed" on the Net and globally circulated within seconds, what chance have mere citizens? In any case, I thought IPers might have some very interesting insights on the topic. I'd be delighted if any and all would offer their thoughts, for attribution or in confidence.
