IP: ITU and the Internet

I asked for some information on a comment that the recent ITU meetings had adopted some treaties ... which give it a foot into the internet I asked a friend and

The ITU (still) doesn't make much available.  I'm trying to
get all of them myself.

You need to talk to people who were there from
the government - who describe it as a "debacle"
for the Internet and US views.
