IP: Correction For those of you who remember The Japan that can say No. .. the sequel

It was the CIA that did the early translation . That was completely different in tone from the offiical publisher translation that came out latter. I was told by people who know Japanese very well that the CIA translation was rather good. The official translation had been toned down.
