IP: Time to renew farber.net

I was tempted to use Network Solutions for the ease of it all and then ran 
into the  usual complete ineptness of that organization., Their web renewal 
site just does not work. It says there is an error in the information I 
submitted but gives no hint  and in fact asks me to correct a read only page.

What are the organizations that know what they are doing as opposed to how 
to just make a lot of money. I will forward my experiences to those of IP 
who are faced with the same mess.
