IP: for all those new IPers who feel swamped with stuff this weekend

IP is highly variable in volume. If things are going on that bear exposure 
to IP then they tend to be high. If things are quiet , then IP is quiet and 
if I am off on holiday then IP is silent.

Roll with the volume and scan.
