To be sure, this is interesting stuff; however, I don't think the history is
as clear-cut as the material cited by Mr. Hendricks would indicate. Time
Domain Systems (http://www.timedomain.com) had earlier patents that predated
the McEwan/LLNL MIR patents, and as I understand it there's still some
acrimony considering the patent dispute between Time Domain & McEwan.
