IP: Another request for help on Windows XP situation

I am trying to copy my hard disk using Norton Goast or Power Image to 
another drive. In the Norton case when the virtual boot of dos is done, it 
does not know about the second hard drive that sits in the Ultra port on a T21.

In the case of Power Quest, it also does not know about how to access the 
Ultra port.

What am I missing (and don't say a MAC)
