VoDSL + Bits...

this service could potentially be available from a number of
network operators with DSL capability.  Jetstream (www.jetstream.com)
is one company building both CPE and CO equipment designed to
provide this service at significant scale.  you may remember
Jetstream's first product was a *deeply* cool "tiny office pbx"
which was ahead of its time but relied on ISDN, alas.  maybe
if they put a serious dent in the CO/prem problem they can
really enable that kind of product.
