IP: Delay of promised editorial on ICANN

My promise (or threat) to produce an editorial on what to do with ICANN 
generated a lot of interest and activity. It is taking longer to home in on 
a constructive path of action than  I had hoped  but it will get  out this 
week and it will not be a mild one.

Just wanted to let you know I had not forgotten.
