Apple wants to know why people switched to a Mac, and what it feels like
for PC people to use Macs. Or in the acse of PC users who didn't switch
yet, why: What are your questions, what needs to be done before you'd
consider a switch etc.

Let's give them some feedback so they can make more drool inducing
products.
