Subject: IP: For a change, good service (Apple)

The latch on my iBook broke, somehow. I called Apple (under warranty). Apple warned me it would be 7-10 days. Since getting the latch fixed locally would have been $345, I moved my data, etc., and agreed to the mail-in. Airborne showed up with a box the next morning. I sent off the iBook. Three days later, Airborne was back, with my iBook repaired. No charge. Sometimes computer companies exceed one's expectations.
