Most IPer's may know about the potential expense involved in requests that
they call a number in the 809 Area Code.  However, they may not know about
340.

I just received a page from (340)NXX-XXXX.  I didn't recognize either the
Area Code or the number, so I "Google'd" it.  Here's what Google returned:
