[IP] a visual example o the decline and fall of Ma Bell

I took these pictures right next to the Verizon building in downtown
Pittsburgh. The plaque was on a seedy dirty abandoned set of stores next to
the Verizon Building.

For those who don't know about the Pioneers -- they were long time Bell
system employees who took pride in their careers and their community and did
many many charitable deeds.
