I wrote an editorial in the journal ENERGY maybe 6 months or more ago flatly
and plainly predicting that there will be no war in Iraq. There will be no
war in Iraq. What we see at present is the most preposterous "posturing" and
arrogant blustering probably unequalled in 100 years time. Talk about
handwriting on the wall.
