I'm told that CNet and eBay each had (different) objections to the
specific wording of the listing. It's been reworded and relisted at
<http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2909389388>.

These folks are all top-notch tech writers (ObDisclaimer- I know some
of the personally), and if the eBay ad gets them some needed
attention, that's a very good thing indeed.
