[IP] A BIG mistake re DSL Prime Inside DC

When I received the note from Dave, the to field had a hugh set of people so
I sent it on to IP as a public document. Seems it was a  very initial draft
that Dave B. accidentally miss addressed to his whole US Gov list.

A five a.m. email mistake went to your list. Some of it was worthy and to
the point, and I intended to send it to you when ready. I was trying to
write an accurate and colorful account, and think the substance is going to
be strong.

There was nothing I had any reason to take back or think was incorrect or
misleading.

But some parts were essentially notes to myself, incoherent to others and
others were incredibly rough.

I'm always proud when you pick up my thoughts, but have no idea what's
appropriate with this.

I certainly wouldn't suggest you bother the list with the apology or
correction. A brief explanation of the confusion along something you send
seems right to me.

Do whatever you think appropriate, and apologies.

At 5 am, after not sleeping to cover yesterday's FCC hearings, I went to
save a half draft of my writeup. Somehow, as I copied an address to send a
brief thankyou, I sent that to my entire government mailbox.

Ignore if possible, and be bored by otherwise, "DSL Prime Inside DC" in
your mailbox

Totally inappropriate material to send to anyone for any reason.

Totally unintentional.

Stupid, thoughtless, and in no shape to have let you see it.

A human mistake, I hope.
