Al-Hayat, the famous Arabic newspaper which last year established a news
partnership with the LBC satellite broadcaster, is also now available in
translation:
http://english.daralhayat.com

My impression is that the content on the Al-Jazeera's English-language site
is selected and repurposed for an English-language audience; Al-Hayat's
appears closer to the Arabic-language original.
