While the article is hard to find, I probably should have done some more
searching before heading the library.  The vast majority of missing links
were to the Time article.  Examining the message that the page no longer
exists seems to indicate that the article was pulled because it is now
considered a premium article and can only be accessed via
subscription.  Since I don't subscribe and don't intend to, I can't say
whether the article is or is not in the subscription database.  However,
after some additional searching I was able to come up with a single link to
a copy that does exist online.  It's
