Subject: NEJM article on SARS

Dear Dave,

A good freind of mine is a Dr. at Johns Hopkins. I have been forwarding her
the info on SARS you have been sending out. She sent this back to me. I
thought IPers might find it interesting.

Hi Phil,

Attached is a link to the most recent issue of the New Englnad Journal of
Medicine. Most of it is not accessible unless you have a subscription.
However, they have provided free access to everyone for the Early
Release Editorial: "Fast...But Fast Enought? SARS". It is a terrific
description of the rapidity with which the international scientific
community has made progress in tracking and studying this new disease.
The spirit of cooperation is particularly refreshing, during this time
of war. As a scientist, I thought you might appreciate this article.
[The SARS story would surely be the top headline if we were not at
war.]
