It is my understanding that the NSA employs former Cisco senior engineers in
an attempt to better break Cisco routers.

As an aside, I found this quite amusing -- it's Cisco's "NSA Welcome Kit"
(it's not what you may think, or perhaps it is -- someone at Cisco has a
sense of humour).
