A particularly appropriate quote by Herb Simon, poined out to me by Mary
Shaw. Herb was a true pioneer, a Nobel Prize winner and professor at CMU. I
was honored to have known him while I was at RAND and he was doing the
pioneering work with Newell and Shaw.
