Gentlemen:

Brian says the IT bubble signals the beginning of a big buildout (Business
2.0, March 2002) while Nicholas (HBR, May 2003) says it signals the end.
Much of what you two say is very cogent and even consistent, but your
really contradict each other on this point. What does the historical record
say?

Why don't you two shoot it out on Dave Farber's IP dlist? :-)
