Thanks for the note.

The response I got to my post to Farber's IP list was remarkable, if
not entirely unexpected.  I heard from several old friends (hi,
Dennis!) and I even got a message from Carl Hutzler, AOL's Director of
Mail Ops.

Most interesting was that, though our sysadmin had no luck getting his
calls to AOL returned over the past few days, within 15 minutes of my
post hitting the IP list, AOL's floodgates opened and our mail queues
have almost returned to normal... coincidence??? Probably, but Farber's
list gets read by some remarkable folks in a wide audience.

In any case, your kind offer of help was most appreciated. Best of luck
dealing with this awful spam problem that's a plague on all our
houses.
