And it's really only effective against about 200 grams of plastic explosive -- about the size of a cigarette pack. But SEMA World, the manufacturer, says it's all about peace of mind. "You have to be lucky first," admitted Michel Rigaud, head of international sales for SEMA World. "But the most important thing is to feel secure." Likewise, the Skyjacker Neutralization Technical System designed by French engineer Eric Ghasnavi might make you feel more secure, but it hardly seems practical. On display at the Paris Air Show, the system claims to be the ultimate answer to thwart hijackings -- a remote-controlled camera and gun mounted on tracks in the ceiling of airplanes, controlled by a technician locked in an armored compartment inside the plane, with his own toilet, of course.
