Dear Dave,
for IP if you wish - Transparency International Corruption Index 2003. As
usual, Scandinavians dominate as citizens of the least corrupt nations, and
this year the USA is 18th. At 26 in the international ratings, Oman is the
least corrupt Arab country. Bahrain shares the next rank, 27, with Cyprus.
