Hi Dave,

I don't recall seeing this in IP, but it appears that a private entity has 
taken over the failed DARPA futures project on the Middle East. The URL for 
the site, which as of today only has the image of a note thumbtacked to a 
door, can be found at http://www.policyanalysismarket.com/announce2.htm .

Oddly enough, the site was reported by Gregg Easterbrook in his Tuesday 
Morning Quarterback column on ESPN.com. (Gregg Easterbrook is a senior 
editor of New Republic, a contributing editor of The Atlantic Monthly and a 
visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution.) The URL for the article is:
