[IP] going to the dogs -- American Express style

Today I had to contact American Express credit card services. I dialed 
their 24 hour customer service number and hit 0 to talk to a customer 
service representative. The announcement said: "Our office is closed. Call 
back on the next business day."

So much for 24 hour customer service!!!
