While many articles have been addressing the financial/business aspects of
Voice-Over-IP services, it's critical that persons or organizations
considering the use of such technologies also consider the very significant
security, privacy, reliability, and legal issues associated with these
systems, particularly (but not exclusively) when the public Internet is
being used as the transport platform for calls.
