Dear Dave,

The National Standard Body of Japan (JISC) approved ICT Accessibility
Standard yesterday. As the chair of the drafting committee of the standard,
I am very happy. (like receiving a big Xmas present)

I expect accessibility of information and communications by people with
disablities and elderly will be improved by developing products based on
this standard.
