"Offshoring" has gotten such negative connotations. A group of companies
dealt with this problem by (what else?) hiring a PR firm. And they solved
the problem by renaming the word.

It's no longer "offshoring". It's now "smartsourcing".

So if a company continues to employ Americans, that's dumbsourcing?
